Thank you for shopping with Ritua. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Shipping Rates
- Canada: Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 CAD
- United States: Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 CAD
- Orders below these thresholds are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties (US Orders) Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@wearritua.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
