Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update. If your package still seems lost or significantly delayed, write to info@wearritua.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. It must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase. To start one, write to info@wearritua.com. Items sent back without a return request are not accepted. Refund policy

The fastest way is to return the piece you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the one you want.

Once your return is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
