Returns & Excahnges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- In their original packaging
- In resalable condition
Personalized items, earrings (for hygiene reasons, if applicable), and items bought on sale cannot be returned.
If you've simply changed your mind or no longer want the item, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, Ritua will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
